Combustion System for CGL

Radiant burner SINNOx with flue gas recirculation which used in conjunction with U-shape or W-shape radiant tube is a low NOx emissions burner independently developed by our company. There are single-stage recuperator, I-shape double-stage recuperator and L-shape double-stage recuperator with different heat exchange efficiencies can be selected.

 

This burner have been adopted in many galvanizing lines at home and abroad. The horizontal galvanizing line of a company in Indonesia has been put into production. This galvanizing line whose furnace temperature is up to 900℃ uses our single-stage recuperator and radiant tube burner SINNOx with flue gas recirculation, and also equipped with a solenoid butterfly valve on air pipeline, a slow opening solenoid valve on gas pipeline, and the ignition and detection is carried out through the burner controller SCU 2.2.

Obviously, the burner SINNOx has high heat exchange efficiency, high air preheating temperature, and low NOx emissions no matter how hot the combustion air is.
