Control method 1: continuous control
Recommend burner: conventional burner SCEC 80, 100…
Characteristics: suitable for cold air or preheated air to 450 ℃. Can only be ignited at low capacity. Turndown ratio: 1:20. The NOx emission can be controlled below 200 mg/m3((ref. 8% O2) when no air preheating and the furnace temperature below 950℃.
Control method 2: pulse control
Recommend burner: pulse burner SFID
Characteristics: suitable for cold air or preheated air to 450 ℃. Can be ignited at high capacity. The NOx emission can be controlled below 200 mg/m3((ref. 8% O2) when the air preheating temperature below 300℃ and the furnace temperature below 950℃.
